Cancellation Policy We understand busy schedules and different circumstances cannot be avoided, so we are happy to cancel your appointment with 24 hours notice. If any cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged a 25$ service fee upon re-scheduling your appointment. If more than 2 appointments have been missed in one calendar year, we reserve the right to disable your ability to schedule online.
NEW GUESTS: By booking, you authorize this business to charge your credit card a no-show fee of up to 50% of the scheduled value should you miss your 'New Client Session' without proper notification. Less than 48hrs notice to reschedule will result in a loss of $50 deposit.
Redo Policy If you are not entirely satisfied with your colour or cutting service, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon to redo the service at no additional charge. We must be contacted within 5 days of the original service date. The redo does not cover changes in the style or colour from the original consultation agreement. All guarantees will be determined by the stylist in salon. We do not offer refunds for any hair services. If you have attempted to have the service corrected elsewhere your guarantee is considered void.
Appointments Chroma Salon recommends that clients reschedule their next appointment(s) before they leave the salon in an effort to reserve the date and time that best fits your schedule. We also offer online booking 24/7 for your convenience. If appointments aren't available during your desired date and time, we will add your name to a cancellation list and in the event of a cancellation, you will be contacted by phone/email/or text.
