To protect the integrity of my time and yours, all appointments are booked online and I do not accept bookings by phone.

Once your appointment request is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email once it has been personally reviewed and accepted. If you do not receive a confirmation, your appointment has not yet been booked.

After booking, you’ll be guided through a detailed online consultation form. This allows me to understand your hair history, goals, lifestyle, and expectations in advance—so your first visit feels intentional, seamless, and aligned. This questionnaire is required for all new guests and also helps ensure we’re the right fit for one another.

When you arrive, we’ll begin with a relaxed, in-person consultation (approximately 15 minutes). Together, we’ll clarify your vision and create a thoughtful game plan—not just for today, but with your long-term hair goals in mind.

For colour services, your formula will be custom blended and carefully documented. This allows us to maintain consistency, support healthy transitions, and evolve your look with ease over time.

Throughout your service, you’ll be invited to fully unwind. The studio offers complimentary Wi-Fi, customizable music, and a selection of beverages to keep you comfortable. Many guests especially love the complimentary deep conditioning mask and scalp massage—a moment designed to soften your nervous system and melt away stress.

My intention is always to create hair that feels aligned with you—your face shape, lifestyle, energy, and overall goals. I’ll share simple styling tips along the way, and personalized styling lessons are always available upon request.

We’ll conclude your visit by reviewing at-home care recommendations and, if you wish, securing your next appointment to support continuity and ease.

* For a cohesive look please book a 'full head' unless you have recently had your hair done and intend to touch-up the very same look. (I can't change a look with only half the hair!)


Your colour session is a package which includes:

  • Any necessary toner/gloss 
  • Olaplex Treatment (with any lightening service)
  • Blowdry + Heat styling

All colour correction services require an in depth email consultation prior to booking an appointment, as extended time frames and price adjustments may be necessary.
