 The experience starts when you use the online booking button below. (I do not take appointments by phone.) Your appointment request will be received and a booking confirmation will land in your inbox once your appointment is accepted.  If you do not receive a confirmation email, than you have not been booked.

Upon booking you will receive an online consultation form, which will allow me to gather more details to ensure that your first visit is seamless, and to confirm we are a good fit. This questionnaire is mandatory. 

Upon arrival you will be invited to sit down to a thorough 15 minute face to face consultation process to determine your goals and solidify our gameplan. Not just for your first visit, but a long-term plan to ensure all of your goals are met.

If you're here for a colour, a formula will be custom blended for you and recorded, so that we have a history of what we do together which will help with consistent results and easier color transitions for any changes we may want to make.

I  have amenities to keep you feeling completely comfortable as your colour processes such as free guest wi-fi, customizable music and an assortment of drinks. Many guests rave about my complimentary deep conditioning mask & scalp massage!

I aim to create a cut, colour and style for your face shape, lifestyle and overall goals. Styling tips and tricks are always shared and styling lessons are always available by request if you want to learn easy styling techniques.

I'll wrap up the visit by sharing our recommendations for at home care and set you up with your next appointment.
